"Fuse Insight led the development of the Arco safety services growth strategy with a challenge to double the size of the business organically within 3 to 5 years, with further upside from M&A activity. Working from some initial growth hypotheses, Tom worked with senior management to develop the thinking through workshops, market research and understanding the economics of our business. The recommendations were presented to Arco’s Executive with approval to develop selected opportunities into full plans and investment cases. Fuse Insight then helped the Safety Services team to mobilise the opportunities through setting up appropriate governance, project plans, resourcing and in-year targets.
